b. Payment information. When you make a purchase, payment is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

d. SMS consent information. If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent.

If you opt in to receive text messages, we use your mobile number to send the messages described in our Terms and Conditions. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

a. Service providers. With trusted vendors who help us operate, such as our website and CRM platform (Bridge System / GoHighLevel), payment processors, email and text-messaging providers, and analytics providers, who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

b. Manufacturers and suppliers. With manufacturers such as Doughboy when needed to fulfill an order, process a warranty claim, or arrange shipping.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support marketing. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not work as intended. Because there is no industry-standard response to "Do Not Track" signals, our site does not currently respond to them.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, with one extension of up to 45 additional days where allowed, and we will tell you if we need the extra time. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of authorization.

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Gordo's Pool City does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Because we do not sell or share your personal information, no opt-out is currently necessary. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option.

8. Email Marketing

If you receive marketing email from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional messages about your orders, services, or account.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
